Minimum 300 Kms. will be charged as per calendar or Actual covered whichever is higher.

• Service Tax extra as per Govt. Guidlines.
• For billing purposes time and Kms. will began and end at our garage.
• Extra hour and extra Km. is applicable only after 8 hours / 80 Kms slab
• IN-STATION booking will be considered as terminated at 24.00 hrs. and thereafter shall be treated as fresh booking.
• All other charges like border tax, toll taxes, parking charges etc, will be charged as actual incurred.
• If any reason a particular vehicle is not availble we shall provide an upgraded car.
• OUT-STATION : The number of days will be calendar days.
• If booking is cancelled after the vehicle has left the garage Rs. 150/- for Non AC, Rs. 200/- for AC, Rs. 250/- for Luxury car shall be charged.
• Rates could differ for marriage hire. Special rates for Bulk / Monthly Bookings.
